Broformer started with a simple observation: reformer Pilates does more for strength, mobility and mental discipline than almost anything else, but hardly any man tries it, because nothing about how it's marketed speaks to him.

We didn't build this to sell a workout. We built it to give men an easy way in: a class that holds you accountable, a community that keeps you consistent, and a reason to actually show up for yourself every week.

We started as a small group of guys training together, tired of walking into rooms built for someone else and tired of training programs with no accountability built in. So we built the thing we wished existed: a directory that points men to studios that actually welcome them, and a set of standards (a men's class, a straightforward way in, real coaching) that studios could build around.

Because the hardest part of getting stronger was never the exercise. It was starting, and then not quitting on yourself. That's the whole mission: fewer excuses, more men moving, and a global standard for what a men's reformer class should feel like.
